Announced in 2023 by the Government of Canada, the $755 million Social Finance Fund, managed by CAP Finance, Realize Capital Partners, and Boann Capital is Canada’s largest social finance commitment to date. The fund aims to grow the ecosystem by investing in social purpose organizations generating social and environmental impact through innovative finance. This session will explore the fund's progress in implementation, showcasing its pivotal role in fostering a robust and inclusive social finance ecosystem in Canada, driving social equity, and aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
