Delphine has over 25 years of experience in venture capital and M&A, within organizations of different sizes and in multiple countries (US, Canada and France), with expertise in structuring impact investments and corporate governance within sustainable corporations.
She works closely with family offices as a board member of CREO Syndicate, a community of family offices working to invest and catalyze $1 trillion of capital into climate and sustainability solutions towards the decarbonization transition by 2025.
She founded and was Managing Director of the New York office of Creadev (the $2b evergreen investment firm of the French Mulliez family) structuring long-term venture investments in Food & Agtech. She has sat on multiple boards for Food & Agtech scale-ups and funds in the US and Canada.
Before being an impact investor, she was a senior M&A attorney in international law firms, member of both the French and New York bars.
