Currently, Daniela serves as an investment partner at New Ventures Capital, where she spearheads portfolio management for the New Ventures - Botnar Portfolio. Her responsibilities include overseeing company performance, implementing growth initiatives, and fostering impactful connections. Additionally, she co-manages Empodera Impact Capital, focusing on health companies in Latam addressing women's health challenges.
Daniela's career ignited at Endeavor Colombia, where she curated portfolios in health, education, and agriculture, laying the groundwork for her pipeline sourcing strategy. She then delved into the trenches of entrepreneurship as a product manager in a health tech startup, experiencing firsthand the rigors of building a business.
