Ava-Dayna is a business and public policy professional with extensive experience working across the private, public and non-profit sectors at organizations including the World Bank and CPP Investment Board. In her current role as Vice President, Social Impact at Generation Capital (a private wealth firm in Toronto), she manages the philanthropic and impact investing activities of two foundations and individual clients. Ava-Dayna is passionate about applying market-based approaches to address pressing social issues. She holds a Master of Global Affairs from the Munk School at the University of Toronto, and an undergraduate degree in English and Political Science from McMaster University. Ava-Dayna is also a board member at Toronto Foundation.
