\*\*Allyson Hewitt, Advisor, Consultant and Mentor. \*\*As a senior leader in the field of social innovation, Allyson is currently an advisor, consultant and mentor to people and organizations seeking to do good, better.

Most recently, Allyson was the President and CEO of Enactus Canada, supporting emerging talent to make money and social impact at both the national and international level.

She led the social innovation programs at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto for fifteen years, wherein she built and supported a variety of programs like the Centre for Impact Investing, MaRS Solutions Lab, Studio [Y], and leading a ten-year initiative to create a culture of social innovation in Canada (Social Innovation Generation – SiG). During that time, she advised hundreds of social ventures to make money and make a social impact, created untold networks, and advised leaders in government, academia, nonprofits, and businesses.

Allyson is also an experienced educator having taught in the MBET program at U Waterloo, Singularity University, and now as the Social Impact Faculty at Wavemakers, where she loves the opportunity to teach as an avatar. She was also the Thinker in Residence for the Don Dunstan Foundation in Australia and a Senior Fellow for the McConnell Foundation.

Her academic background is in Criminology, Law, Public Affairs, Voluntary Sector Management and Leading Change, she is also a certified coach.
