Lauren Ott is a social entrepreneur who teaches organizations how nonprofits can be strategic business partners in maximizing impact. After spending time teaching at a public high school in Ecuador, Lauren returned to Canada and turned her passion for community, into a career of driving impact across North America and beyond. She has worked on Parliament Hill, one of the largest education boards, for several nonprofits, and has built national partnerships with General Mills, Siemens, and KPMG, to name a few. In 2018, Lauren launched the social enterprise, Kits for a Cause, driving meaningful employee engagement. Lauren was honoured as a nominee for Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 and in 2022, joined Impact Genome leading strategy for partnership development and bringing standardized impact data across Canada.
