In her work at 10C, and as a builder of community-based social infrastructure, Julia works to integrate social, physical and financial platforms for community benefit. As a non-profit change hub, 10C manages a real-estate backed 2.5M community bond, which supported the expansion of the organization in 2016 and engaged 140 investors. 10C’s social finance work continues with Harvest Impact, an emerging community-based fund investing in food, farm and environment entrepreneurs, with a specific focus on the circular economy.

Julia is passionate about community building, placemaking and demonstrating the potential of social finance and social enterprise, as 10C continues to explore locally and nationally relevant changemaking projects. Julia is a steward of Catalyst Community Finance Initiative, a member of the Common Approach Social Purpose Organization Council.
