Kelly Jo Lihaven is Senior Vice President within the Bank of America CSR team in London, currently responsible for leading the Bank of America Charitable Foundation’s philanthropy and social investment strategy for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This includes developing and implementing the regional Economic Mobility strategy, co-leading investment committee meetings, and managing relationships with 50+ partners across 16 countries. Kelly Jo has worked in the area of CSR/ESG for 16 years, with previous experience at the J.P. Morgan Chase Foundation.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Kelly Jo started her career in the field of Media and Communications in Toronto, where she worked for House & Home Media after receiving a BA in Radio and Television Arts from Toronto Metropolitan University. Kelly Jo is committed to building strong partnerships and driving sustainable change in communities and is actively engaged as a mentor and on various advisory boards.

Kelly Jo is an avid traveler and before settling in London, she spent a number of years working, studying, and volunteering abroad in Australia, Mexico, the Philippines, and the US. Outside of work, Kelly Jo enjoys being creative with her own home design projects, watching films, working out, and spending time with her husband and two young boys.
